I remember the first day that I met Joe. After showing him around my tiny home (the tour took only about 10 minutes!), Joe asked me a few questions and though I know he didn’t intend to make me cry, I ended up just falling apart in front of him. Nobody matches his short sale expertise, follow-thru, attention to detail, customer service and integrity. Our situation was not unlike many people out there. We found ourselves in a position that through the economic times and the decline of a small business we were forced to sell our home. We had used a realtor prior to Joe who promised us that he could help us in a short sale; and that he had a good team to help us through this. What we learned from this experience is that just because realtors tell you they are experts in the short sale process that is not the case. Jessi W., Maple Grove MN   Joe helped me during a stressful time in my life. I was divorced and the only thing left from the marriage was to sell the house. We had tried to sell our house for a year with no success, while keeping up on the loans. Unfortunately, we owed more on the loans than what the house was worth, based on the current market value. Joe definitely had the best information out there. I called him and set up an appointment to meet him. That is one of the best decisions I have made.

Joe promptly called me back and we discussed my situation. I felt at ease talking with him and my worries about finding him on the Internet disappeared. I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. He also helped bridge the communication gap between my ex-husband and I, since we weren’t on the best speaking terms. I put my trust in Joe and his team, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

In August 2010, we signed with Joe, and in October 2010 we closed on our short sale!!! I know throughout the entire time, Joe and everyone at High Pointe Realty worked diligently for us and kept us updated throughout the short sale. Because of all their hard work, both the lenders have forgiven our loans without a judgment against me (or my ex). To me that is phenomenal work.
