I’ve mentioned a number of times in my blogs that I’m here to help people. I know that sounds trite but that really is my over-riding goal. I meet with clients to determine if a short sale is their best option and then do everything I can to make that happen. I closed 4 short sales in Dec. 2011 and received approval on 3 more that will close in January. But I’m already sick of talking about myself. Here’s what one of my clients said. And by the way, he had two loans on this property, moved to California and the lenders forgave the rest of the amount that he owed.
