You are about to make some of the most important decisions in your life: (1) Are you going to sell your house “short” ? and (2) Who are you going to use to help you through the process?

If you’re thinking of interviewing me to sell your house, here are some things I’d like you to know about me:

  1. I specialize in helping people sell their home when it’s worth more than the mortgage. In fact, it’s about 90% of my business. It has become my passion to help as many people as I can.
  2. I attend on-line training on a weekly basis to keep my skills and knowledge updated. This helps you as you will always have the latest information.
  3. I’ll let you know your options and rights, offer my opinions and recommendations and help you make good decisions. If a foreclosure, loan mod, deed-in-lieu, etc. are better options for you, I’ll explain how each works and how each will affect you.
  4. If you decide to list with me, you can cancel the listing agreement at any time without cause or penalty. If I’m not doing the job, we shouldn’t be working together because of a piece of paper we signed.
  5. You will have the choice of negotiators that are used – lawyers, professional short sale negotiators or in a few instances, myself. The positives and negatives of each will be fully explained to you.
